摘要
晶闸管旁路开关TBS是UPFC系统中重要的保护设备,可以在电力系统故障时实现对UPFC的快速旁路和隔离保护。由于TBS只有在系统故障时投入运行,而在系统正常运行时一直处于热备用状态,这种工作特性导致其无法像其他设备一样实现利用在线检测手段来判断晶闸管回路元件状态。文章对常用的晶闸管阻尼回路参数测量方法进行了对比研究,结合TBS晶闸管级阻尼回路特点,提出了一种基于AD5933阻抗测量芯片的TBS晶闸管回路RC阻容参数测量方法,具有快速、准确、可靠等优点。
The thyristor bypass switch (TBS) is an important protective device in the UPFC system, which can realize fast bypass and isolation protection for the UPFC in the event of power system failure. Since the TBS is only put into operation when the system is faulty, and is always in the hot standby state during normal operation of the system, this working characteristic makes it impossible to use the online detection means to judge the state of the thyristor circuit component like other devices. In this paper, the commonly used thyristor-level snubber circuit parameter measurement methods are compared. Combined with the characteristics of TBS thyristor-level snubber circuit, a method for measuring the RC resistance capacitance parameter of TBS thyristor-level snubber circuit based on AD5933 impedance measurement chip is proposed, which has the advantages of fast, accurate and reliable.
