广西某项目绿色建筑三星运行标识实践

Practice of Running Logo of a Three Stars Green Building in Guangxi Province

项目以绿色建筑设计、运行效果和业主体验为切入点,以“真绿”为导向,对已经建成的绿色建筑三星设计标识项目进行优化和部分改造,使其满足现行绿色建筑评价标准要求,提升了小区的环境品质。优化与改造涉及到的关键技术包括:屋顶花园、垂直绿化、优化架空层、雨水收集利用、水生态修复、非机动车停车再规划、光导管、海绵城市等。

With the green building design,operation effect and owner experience as the entry point,and with the “true green” as the guide,the green building Three Stars design and logo project has been optimized and partially transformed to meet the current green building evaluation standards. The environment quality of the community was improved. The key technologies involved in optimization and transformation include:roof gardens,vertical greening,activation of the aerial layer,rainwater collection and utilization,water ecological restoration,non-motor vehicle parking replanning,optical catheters,and sponge cities.
