The significance and background of the QC group activities were introduced. The QC group carried out the steps of “reducing the use of wood formwork” in terms of identifying topics,specific problem investigations,setting goals,and formulating and optimizing. It also pointed out that the QC group's activity process uses various statistical tools to put forward the requirements for the comprehensive quality of the team members;to carry out technological innovation and reduce the use of wood formwork during construction from 78.4% to 25%;this activity can promote the quality of employees. And promote the establishment of the company's quality management system, laying the foundation for the realization of green construction demonstration projects.
