摘要
对管件专用抗冲改性聚氯乙烯(PVC-M)的性能进行了研究,确定了注塑用PVC-M的配方:聚氯乙烯(PVC)650100.0phr,有机锡稳定剂1.5phr,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物15.0phr,甲基丙烯酸酯类加工助剂PA-205.0phr,润滑剂2.0phr,纳米CaCO310.0phr,丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物10.0phr,抗氧剂适量,钛白粉2.0phr。研究了材料的稳定性能、抗冲击性能、力学性能以及润滑性能等。结果表明:材料的各项性能达到了PVC-M管件行业标准的要求。
The properties of impact-resisting modified polyvinyl chloride(PVC-M) for pipe fitting was investigated to determine the formula of PVC-M used for injection-molding as follows: PVC 650 is 100. 0 phr, organotin stabilizer of 1.5 phr, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer of 15.0 phr, methyl-acrylate PA-20 of 5.0 phr, lubricant of 2.0 phr, nano-calcium carbonate of 10.0 phr, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer of 10.0 phr, titanium dioxide of 2.0 phr and antioxidant in adequate amount. The stability, impact, mechanical properties and lubrication of the material were observed. The results show that performance of the material meets the requirements of PVC-M pipe fitting industry standard.
