摘要 采用新型无塑化剂BCZ-208型催化剂首次在Hypol工艺装置上成功生产了超细旦纤维专用聚丙烯S963S,并研究了其性能。结果表明:与参比催化剂相比,BCZ-208型催化剂活性高140%。S963S粉料的堆密度适中,细粉含量少。与普通纤维专用S960相比,S963S的弯曲模量、拉伸屈服应力、拉伸弹性模量增加10%~15%,等规指数提高0.8%。工业化应用结果得到用户认可。 Ultrafine denier polypropylene fiber specialty S963S was successfully produced via Hypol process with novel plasticizer-free catalyst BCZ-208. The product was characterized. The results show that the polymerization activity of BCZ-208 is higher than that of the reference catalyst by 140%. The S963S powder prepared by BCZ-208 has moderate bulk density and low fine powder content. The mechanical properties (flexural modulus, tensile yield stress, tensile modulus of elasticity) and isotacticity of S963S are improved by 10% to 1 5% and 0. 8% than those of fiber specialty S6 90. The result of industrial application is recognized by users.
