摘要
【目的】研究一株拮抗烟草青枯病原菌效果较好的细菌MT-002-B-7的拮抗活性物质稳定性和成分。【方法】利用单因素分析法研究拮抗活性物质稳定性,结合红外光谱和GC-MS检测分析拮抗活性物质的成分。【结果】其活性物质和乙酸乙酯的极性相似,具有一定的热稳定性,对蛋白酶K、胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶不敏感,抑菌活性不受保存时间的影响。但当8 w紫外线照射的时间超过8 h,pH<5和pH>8的条件会显著降低粗提物的抑菌活性。拮抗物质中主要成分初步认为是N-乙酰-3-甲基-1,4-二氮杂双环[4.3.0]-壬烷-2,5-二酮、脂肪酸和酚嗪。
[Objective] Bacteria MT-002-B-7 had good effect on the antagonism of tobacco bacterial wilt, the characteristics and the main components of its active antagonistic substances were studied.[Method] The characteristics of its active antagonistic substances was analyzed by the single factor condition analysis, and the main components of active antagonistic substances was analyzed by IR spectra and GC-MS.[Result] The result showed that the polarity of active antagonistic substances was similar to ethyl acetate. The active antagonistic substances had a good thermal stability, resistant to proteinase K, pepsin and trypsin. The activity of antagonistic substances were not affected by the storage time at normal temperature. But more than 8 hours of irradiating under 8 w ultraviolet radiation, pH <5 or pH > 8 significantly re duced the activity. The results of IR spectra and GC-MS showed that the main components of active antagonistic substances were N-acetyl-3- methyl-1,4-two azabicyclo[4.3.0]-nonane-2,5-two ketone, fatty acids, and azophenylene.
