摘要
结合某选煤厂的煤质特性和试验结果分析,提出了一种生产化工用煤的分选工艺:将分选后的中煤破碎解离后,进入三锥角水介旋流器再次分选,取得了较好的分选效果,增加了化工用煤产量,提高了选煤厂的经济效益,合理利用了宝贵的煤炭资源。
Combined with the coal quality characteristics and test results analysis of a coal preparation plant,a preparation process for chemical industry coal is proposed.The middlings is rewashed by water-only cyclone with three angles after crushed and liberated.The better separating effect is achieved and the output of chemical industry coal is increased.The economic benefits of the coal preparation plant is improved and valuable coal resources are rationally utilized.
