摘要
321.3 mm叶片用于双转子互换高背压改造方案,以满足非采暖期常规纯凝低背压运行和采暖供热期高背压运行。在非采暖期间,321.3 mm叶片作为低压缸第4级次工作;在采暖期间,则作为低压末级叶片工作。文章针对该叶片处于高背压工况运行时的动应力水平进行分析,用于评估叶片的安全性。
321.3 mm blade is used for double-rotor interchangeable high back-pressure reform program to meet the requirements of the routine pure condensing low-back pressure work during non-heating period and high back-pressure work during heating period.During non-heating period, 321.3 mm blade is the fourth blade. During heating period, 321.3 mm blade is the last blade. The dynamic stress level of 321.3 mm blade under high back-pressure is analysed to evaluate the safety of the blade.
