隔代照顾研究:回顾与展望

Intergenerational Care Research: Retrospect and Prospect

中国社会正处在快速转型期,许多年轻父母由于工作原因而无暇照料未成年子女,老年父母帮助照料未成年子女成为这类家庭的一个必然选择,因此便出现了隔代照顾现象。在回顾了国内有关隔代照顾的代表性研究基础上,从照顾的类型、照顾的动机、对老年人健康和代际关系的影响等4个方面,对相关文献进行了系统梳理。根据这一社会现象的时代特征和研究现状,建议未来的研究应关注以下议题:类型化的异同、多元理论的评估与检验、健康的分阶段影响与测量、娘家人提供隔代照顾的影响。

Chinese society is in a period of rapid transition. Many young parents are innocently caring for underage children for work reasons. Older parents help care for underage children to become an inevitable choice for such families, so there is a phenomenon of intergenerational care. This paper reviews the representative research on intergenerational care in China, and systematically organizes the relevant literatures from four aspects: the type of care, the motivation of care, and the impact on the health of the elderly and intergenerational relationships. According to the characteristics of the times and the status quo of this social phenomenon, this article suggests that future research should focus on the following topics: the similarities and differences of caring type, the evaluation and testing of multiple theories, the phased impact and measurement of aging health, and the impact of the intergenerational care provided by the parents of married woman.
