摘要
为了测定碱激发矿粉改性生土砖抗压性能,以汉中地区的素土为研究对象,采用TYE-2000B型压力试验机测定不同比例碱性混合激发剂、不同种类矿粉以及是否添加天然农业废弃物麻纤维改性生土砖的抗压强度。试验结果表明:当对素土和矿渣微粉加入激发剂进行激发,生土砖抗压强度达到17.86MPa^21.02MPa;从碱性激发剂的激发效果看,在其他条件相同情况下,激发剂添加量为Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶1的抗压强度高于激发剂添加量为Na2SiO3∶NaOH=1∶2的抗压强度;矿粉种类对改性生土砖抗压强度有影响,但提高幅度较小;麻纤维的添加使得改性生土砖的抗压强度有所降低,降低率最大为10.22%。
In order to determine the compressive properties of modified alkaline activated ore powder raw brick and take plain soil in the region of Hanzhong as the object of study, TYE-2000B was used to determine the compressive strength of modified raw brick which added different proportion of alkaline activated ore powder, different kinds of mineral powder, and natural agriculture waste hemp fiber. The results show that the compressive strength of raw brick reaches 17.86 MPa^21.02 MPa when plain soil and superfine slag powder is excited by the activator. In terms of the effect of alkaline activator, at the same condition, The compressive strength of Na 2SiO 3∶ NaOH=1∶ 1 is higher than that of Na 2SiO 3∶ NaOH=1∶ 2. The species of mineral powder have an effect on modified raw brick,but the increase range is small. With the addition of hemp fiber ,the compressive strength of the modified brick was decreasing, and the maximum decrease rate was 10.22%.
