次氯酸钠消毒系统在净水厂的应用

近些年次氯酸钠制备消毒系统在国内开始逐步推广应用,对某公司3个采用次氯酸钠制备消毒系统的净水进行了为期1年的盐耗、电耗的成本及消毒效果跟踪分析。结论表明有效氯综合成本约为液氯的1.4倍,消毒有效稳定,系统操作清晰可控,维护保养方便,适用于地理位置偏僻或交通运输不便的地区或水厂人员精简的水厂。

In recent years, the preparation and disinfection system of sodium hypochlorite has been gradually popularized and applied in China. At present, the cost of salt consumption, electricity consumption and disinfection effect of three water purification systems prepared by sodium hypochlorite in our company have been tracked and analyzed for one year. Conclusion the comprehensive cost of available chlorine is about 1.4 times that of liquid chlorine, disinfection is effective and stable, system operation is clear and controllable, and maintenance is convenient. Applicable to remote geographical location or inconvenient transportation areas, or waterworks with streamlined personnel.
