摘要
层流等离子表面强化尖轨是在不改变尖轨基材性能条件下,通过提高表面局部硬度,使尖轨表面耐磨性能提升,延长其使用寿命。通过对层流等离子表面强化尖轨进行厂内加工、上道铺设及观测等方面验证该技术的可行性,为其推广应用奠定基础。
Laminar plasma surface strengthening switch rail aims to improve the switch rail surface wear-resisting performance and prolong its serving life through improving its surface partial hardness without changing the basic properties of the switch rail. Through carrying out workshop manufacture, road paving and detection for laminar plasma surface strengthening switch rail, it proves the feasibility of the above-mentioned technology, which has laid a foundation for its application and promotion.
