摘要
为研究开洞K形圆钢管相贯节点的极限承载力,探索开洞率对其节点承载力的影响规律,并给出在工程应用中合适开洞率设计建议。在圆柱开洞研究的基础上,采用大型通用软件ANSYS建立了K形节点模型,具体分析了开洞率为0%,25%,50%,75%的K形节点有限元模型轴心受力时的极限承载力情况。研究表明:在满足节点承载力不变的前提下,支管开洞率可达到0.5。
In order to study the ultimate bearing capacity of the circular hollow section (CHS) steel K-shaped intersection joints wih opening hole, the influence law of the opening rate on the bearing capacity of the joints is explored, and the design suggestions for the suitable opening rate of the hole are given in the engineering application. On the basis of cylindrical open hole research, a K-shaped joint model is established by using large general software ANSYS. The ultimate bearing capacity of the axis force of the K-shaped joint finite element model of opening rate is analyzed in detail number 0%,25%,50%,75%. The results show that the opening rate of the branch member can up to 0.5 under the condition that the bearing capacity of the joint is constant.
