六边形形状记忆合金蜂窝材料面内变形特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用数值模拟方法建立六边形蜂窝材料模型,以形状记忆合金作为基体材料,研究了六边形形状记忆合金蜂窝材料在面内冲击载荷作用下的变形响应特性。重点讨论了冲击速度和温度对变形模式的影响。研究结果表明,在低速和中速冲击条件下,六边形形状记忆合金蜂窝材料表现出均匀的变形模式,温度对六边形形状记忆合金蜂窝材料变形模式的影响可以忽略。 The honeycombs with matrix material of shape memory alloy were established by numerical method, and the deformation of honeycombs under in-plane impact loading was investigated. The influence of impact velocity and temperature on deformation mode is discussed emphatically. Research results showed that the hexagonal shape memory alloy honeycombs exhibit uniform deformation under low or medium impact velocity, and the effect of temperature on the deformation of hexagonal shape memory alloy honeycombs can be neglected.
