Discussion on energy-saving design of residential building in northern area

针对北方地区(严寒和寒冷地区)的居住建筑节能设计建筑部分进行系统分析,从国家政策、能源消耗现状方面论证了建筑节能的必要性,介绍了节能设计计算方法、保温措施与构造,提出了现阶段节能设计的不足之处,展望了更清洁高效的节能设计前景,期望在今后同类建筑节能设计实践中能够起到借鉴、促进作用。

The paper systematically analyzes the energy-saving design parts of residential building in northern area (cold and freezing region), discusses the necessity of building energy saving from two aspects of national policy and energy consumption, introduces the energy-saving calculating methods and thermal insulating measures and structure, points out energy-saving defects at present stage, and forecasts the cleaner and higher-efficiency energy-saving design prospect, with a view to play a guiding role in similar building energy-saving design practice in future.
