公共项目投入要素对低碳绩效影响研究

Research on the impact of public project input elements on low carbon performance

目前的研究对公共工程项目可能引发的环境问题涉及较少,且未将低碳概念考虑在内,与低碳经济的发展方向不够吻合。在对国内外有关的资料调研、收集、整理以及总结分析的基础上,结合实际情况,选取六因素构建了公共工程项目投入要素对低碳绩效影响的研究模型,并对各要素进行分析研究,提出建议,为相关应用与研究提供参考。

Few existing studies refer to potential environmental problems caused by public construction projects or the concept of low-carbon construction, which fails to keep in line with the development of low-carbon economy. Having researched, collected, sorted out, summarized and analyzed related materials at home and abroad and based the study on actual situations, the author builds a six-factor model for studying the low carbon performance of public construction projects. Through the analysis of each factor, the author proposes corresponding suggestions so as to provide reference to relevant applications and studies.
