我国学校体育资源配置失衡问题研究——基于扎根理论的分析 被引量:29

摘要 学校体育资源配置是否科学合理影响着学校体育教育有效供给的程度,进而影响到青少年体质健康保障水平。为此,以学校体育资源配置为主线,运用扎根理论构建模型,分析地区、城乡之间,和学校内部各体育资源要素之间,学校体育资源的需求与供给之间等失衡问题。研究认为:地区、城乡之间的学校体育资源配置失衡需由政府与慈善合力化解;学校内部各体育资源要素之间的配置失衡需由学校的自我完善与变革来化解;学校体育资源的需求与供给之间配置失衡需由合作共赢来化解。 Whether the allocation of school physical education resources is scientific and reasonable affects the extent of effective supply of school physical education,and then affects the security level of adolescents’ physical health.Therefore,this paper takes physical education resources allocation as the main line,and based on the grounded theory constructs a model to analyze the imbalance among regions,between urban and rural areas,among the elements of physical education resources in schools,and between the demand and supply of school physical education resources.The study holds that the imbalance in the allocation of school physical education resources among regions,between urban and rural areas needs to be resolved by the joint efforts of the government and charity.The imbalance in the allocation of various elements of physical education resources within the school needs to be resolved by the self-improvement and reform of the school.The imbalance between the demand and supply of school physical education resources needs to be solved by win-win cooperation.
