退役运动员人力资本对其社会融入影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Influence of Human Capital on Social Integration of Retired Athletes

依据人力资本和社会融入理论,以201名退役运动员为调查对象,运用结构方程式模型验证了退役运动员人力资本对其社会融入的影响。结果表明:退役运动员社会融入包括经济融入、文化融入、社交融入和心理融入,其中经济融入影响最大。退役运动员人力资本包括专用性人力资本和通用性人力资本,两种人力资本对其社会融入均有正向影响,且通用性人力资本对社会融入的作用更为明显。启示:1)在分析退役运动员社会融入问题时要综合考虑经济、社交、文化和心理等领域的全面融入;2)帮助退役运动员快速融入和高质量融入社会的关键是提高其人力资本的存量,尤其是通用性人力资本的存量。

Based on the theory of human capital and social integration,this paper takes 201 retired athletes as the object of investigation,and uses the structural equation model to verify the influence of the retired athletes’ human capital on their social integration.The results show that the social integration of retired athletes includes economic integration,cultural integration,social integration and psychological integration,in which economic integration is the most important.Human capital of retired athletes includes specialized human capital and universal human capital.Both kinds of human capital have positive influence on retired athletes’ integration into society,and the universal human capital has the more obvious influence.The inspirations of this paper are as follows:firstly,when analyzing the social integration of retired athletes,the comprehensive integration in economic,social,cultural and psychological fields should be considered;secondly,the key points to help retired athletes integrate into society quickly and with high quality is to help them improve the stock of human capital,especially the stock of universal human capital.
