经皮椎体成形术骨水泥椎间盘渗漏的研究现状

Research Status of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Intervertebral Cement Leakage

经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是一种新型的微创脊柱外科技术,该手术具有强化椎体、稳定骨折及缓解疼痛、创伤小等优点。但PVP需要通过经皮穿刺向病椎注入骨水泥,而手术可能会伴发因骨水泥注入导致的并发症,尤其是骨水泥椎间盘渗漏。骨水泥椎间盘渗漏可导致椎间盘退变加速,邻近椎体骨折率增加,甚至二次手术等不良后果。为提高人们对骨水泥椎间盘渗漏相关问题的认识,文章就PVP骨水泥椎间盘渗漏的研究现状作一综述。

Percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) is a new minimally invasive spinal surgery technique that has the advantages of strengthening vertebral body,stabilizing fracture,relieving pain and reducing trauma.Bone cement needs to be injected into the diseased vertebrae by percutaneous puncture for PVP.However,the injection of bone cement may cause complications,especially intervertebral cement leakage,which can accelerate the degeneration of intervertebral disc,increase the incidence of adjacent vertebral fracture,and even result in the second surgery.In order to improve people's understanding of the problems related to intervertebral cement leakage,this article reviews the research status of PVP for intervertebral cement leakage.
