摘要
对兖矿某单位20t/h链条排炉,采用尾部静置式低温烟气脱硫脱硝技术进行了超低排放改造,试验研究了烟气温度、停留时间、SO2排放量等因素对其脱硫脱硝效率的影响。结果表明:在烟气温度100~150℃,通过SO2原始排放量和脱硫剂匹配,烟气在装置内停留时间大于10s等条件下,低温烟气净化装置脱硫效率和脱硝效率分别可达到90%和60%以上,可以满足燃煤链条排炉污染物达到超低排放的要求。
The ultra-low emission modification of 20 t/h chain-grate boiler in a subordinate unit of Yankuang Group Co.Ltd.was carried out with low-temperature flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology by the static device at the rear part.The effect of flue gas temperature,residence time and SO2 emission were tested on the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification.The results show that the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency of the low-temperature flue gas purification device can reach more than 90% and more than 60% respectively and meet the requirements of ultra-low pollutant emission from coal-fired chain-grate boiler under the conditions that the flue gas temperature is between 100 and 150 ℃,and the original SO2 emission and the desulfurization agent can be matched each other,and the residence time of the flue gas in the device is more than 10 s.
