摘要
以济二矿电厂脱硫系统的实际运行为例,介绍了石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫系统的操作过程中,吸收塔入口烟气的各项参数,如烟气温度、流速,SO2浓度及烟气中O2浓度、含尘浓度等对脱硫效率的影响,总结了这些因素的合理控制范围及应采取的措施。
Taking the actual operation of the desulfurization system in the Power Plant of Jining No.2 Coal Mine as an example,this paper introduces the influence of various parameters on the desulfurization efficiency,such as the temperature,the flow rate,the SO 2,O 2 and dust concentration of flue gas at the inlet of absorption tower during the operation of wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization system.The reasonable control ranges of these parameters and the control measures to be taken are summarized.
