信息化转运交接对手术室工作效率影响

Effect of Informatization Transfer and Handover on Efficiency of the Operating Room

目的了解和分析手术室的信息化转运交接对其工作效率及安全性影响。方法通过运用PDCA循环理念,设计手术室患者转运交接电子表单,并对手术室护理人员进行信息化培训和无纸化考核,从2017年7-12月5 263例手术患者中根据使用信息化前后各随机抽取200例患者组成观察组和对照组,比较两组转运患者身份确认执行率、转运不良事件发生率以及家属满意度。结果实行信息化转运后,患者身份确认执行率达99. 89%,患者家属满意度达99. 87%,转运交接不良事件发生率1. 03%,手术室患者转运工作效率及安全性较对照组明显提高(P<0. 05)。结论信息化转运交接对手术室的工作效率及安全性有显著影响,对促进护理质量的提高,保障患者的安全方面起到积极的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To understand and analyze the effect of information transfer on the efficiency and safety of the operation room. Methods By using PDCA cycle concept, the electronic form of patient transfer and handover in operating room was designed, and the nurses in operating room were trained informationally and assessed paperlessly. Each 200 patients were randomly selected from 5263 surgical patients from July 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital and assigned as the observation group and control group according to the cases before and after using informatization. The implementation rate of identity confirmation, incident rate of adverse effect during transfer and handover and family satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of information transfer, the implementation rate of patient identification was 99. 89%, the satisfaction rate of patients: family members was 99. 87%, and the incidence of adverse events of transfer and handover was 1. 03%. The efficiency and safety of patient transfer in operating room were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Informatization transfer has a significant impact on the efficiency and safety of the operating room, and plays an active role in improving the quality of nursing and ensuring the safety of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
