层状钛硅酸盐的制备及表征

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以四氯化钛作为钛源、白炭黑作为硅源,在碱性条件下合成层状钛硅酸盐(LTS).通过X-射线衍射、红外光谱、热失重和透射电子显微镜对样品的结构进行了分析表征.LTS样品具有有序的层状结构,其层间距约为5nm.碱性条件下,LTS通过分析表征表明,LTS具有高度有序的片层状结构,为层间引入客体分子提供了条件. Layered titanium silicate (LTS) was synthesized by sol-gel method using four titanium chloride as titanium source and silica as silicon source under alkaline conditions. The structure of the samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry and transmission electron microscopy. The LTS sample had an ordered layered structure with a spacing of about 5 nm. In alkaline condition, the analysis and characterization of LTS showed that LTS had highly ordered lamellar structure, which provided conditions for introducing guest molecules into the interlayer.
