北京局集团公司物流商贸企业转型发展的思考

A Study on the Transformation Development Strategies of the Logistics Enterprises of China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd.

为加快铁路物流商贸企业高质量转型发展,融入企业供应链和社会产业链,推动铁路货物运输向现代物流转变。阐述北京局集团公司物流商贸企业发展现状,针对存在的运输与物流一体化运作有待加强、物流产品设计能力不强、两端基础设施投资不够、资本运营经验不足等问题,提出推进物流商贸资源整合优化、加强与大客户资本层面深度合作、规模化开行快运货物班列、打造京津冀中欧班列运营平台等对策,促进北京局集团公司物流商贸企业转型发展,不断提升铁路在综合交通运输体系中的核心竞争能力。

To accelerate transformation of railway freight transportation to modern logistics and higherquality development of railway logistics enterprises and its integration into the supply chain and the industry chain, this paper studies the current conditions and major problems of the logistics enterprises of China Railway Beijing Group including poor integrated operation of transportation and logistics,insufficient capability of product design, inadequate infrastructure investment at both ends and scarce experience in capital management. To improve railway’s core competitiveness in the comprehensive transportation network through facilitating the logistics enterprises’ transformation development, this paper accordingly puts forward the following strategies: promoting integration and optimization of logistics resources, strengthening in-depth collaboration with the key customers in terms of capital management, scheduling express freight trains on a large scale and building an operation platform of China Railway Express in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
