皮带输送机托辊的间距受到诸多因素影响,合理的确定托辊间距可以减少皮带机设备的投入,增加皮带机的运送效率。因此,笔者对托辊间距的合理确定方法进行阐述分析,以期能后指导井下托辊间距的合理确定。

The distance between idlers of belt conveyor is affected by many factors. Reasonable determination of the space between idlers can reduce the input of belt conveyor equipment and increase the transport efficiency of belt conveyor. Therefore, the author elaborates and analyses the reasonable determination method of idler spacing in order to guide the reasonable determination of idler spacing in underground mine.
