摘要 在巷道永久支护前实施临时支护技术能有效避免早期离层的现象,目前使用的临时支护技术具有操作复杂、设备笨重、支护效果差和适应地质条件差的缺点,文中在现有技术的基础上,改用塑钢、铝合金和玻璃钢等轻型技术材料制作轻型易操作,且具主动支撑作用的支护装置,改进掘进面支柱临时支护技术。该改进技术能防止巷道顶板在早期发生变形和离层现象,实现提高永久支护的效果。 Implementing temporary support technology before permanent support of roadway can effectively avoid the phenomenon of early delamination. The temporary support technology currently used has the disadvantages of complicated operation, heavy equipment, poor support effect and poor adaptability to geological conditions. On the basis of existing technology, this paper uses light technical materials such as plastic steel, aluminium alloy and fiberglass reinforced plastics to make support device with light weight, easy operation and active supporting function, so as to improve temporary support technology of support pillars in tunneling face. The improved technology can prevent the deformation and delamination of roadway roof in the early stage, and improve the effect of permanent support.
