摘要
结合现有回采工艺和实际情况,对某矿井2309工作面的回采工艺进行了优化。通过对采煤机参数进行模拟分析,得出采煤机的工作速率。同时,对影响工作面开采效率的因素进行了一一分析,通过计算得知长距离进刀方式优于双向割煤进刀方式。最后,从组织、管理、制度等方面提出了作业现场的管理措施。
Combined with the existing mining process and actual situation, the mining process of 2309 working face in a mine was optimized. Through the simulation analysis of shearer parameters, the working rate of shearer is obtained. At the same time, the factors that affect the mining efficiency of the working face are analyzed one by one. Through calculation, it is known that the long-distance feeding mode is better than the bidirectional coal cutting feeding mode. Finally, the management measures of the operation site are put forward from the aspects of organization, management and system.
