摘要
在人类全基因组计划(HGP)测序工作完成后,对基因功能即基因表达产物蛋白的研究已经拉开了序幕。蛋白质组学研究可以在蛋白质水平上大规模地分析组织细胞的蛋白质表达水平、翻译后修饰以及蛋白质间相互作用,是后基因时代的重要组成部分。蛋白质作为基因功能的首要执行者,在肿瘤研究中其重要作用。既在肿瘤产生发展的过程中起着重要作用,又在很大程度上决定正常细胞和肿瘤细胞之间的差异。所以对蛋白质组学研究手段有希望发现抑制肿瘤的关键靶位点,为肿瘤的研究提供了新型思路。因此本文通过学习蛋白组学知识并查阅文献,对蛋白组学技术及其在肿瘤研究中的应用做以概括,思考蛋白组学对肿瘤诊断、治疗提供的新途径、新方法。
After the completion of the Human Genome Project (HGP) sequencing work, research on gene function, which is also called gene expression product protein, has begun. Proteomics research can analyze the protein expression level, post-translational modification and interprotein interaction of tissue cells on a large scale at the protein level, which is an important part of the post-gene era. As the primary performer of gene function, protein plays an important role in tumor research. It plays an important role in the process of tumor development and determines the difference between normal cells and tumor cells to a large extent. Therefore, there is hope for the proteomics research means to find a key target site for tumor suppression, which provides a new way of thinking for tumor research. Therefore, this article summarizes the proteomics technology and its application in tumor research by learning proteomics knowledge and consulting the literature, and considers new ways and new methods for proteomics to provide diagnosis and treatment.
