摘要
伴随着工厂自动化程度越来越高,车身裙边多采用机器人自动喷涂设备,但是由于工艺设备等不可避免的原因,造成裙边胶材料利用率偏低的问题,过程中排出的废胶采用报废处理,无法回收再利用。就此问题进行了系统、详细的阐述,为回收裙边胶提供参考依据。
Along with the factory automation degree improve,more of the body rocker panel is use the robot automatic spraying,but due to the inevitable reasons of the process equipment etc.,the utilization rate of rocker panel sealant is low. The waste glue discharged during the process is scrapped,and can’t recycle and reuse. In this paper,a specific expound about this question was given,which provides a reference for recycling the rocker panel seala nt.
