生命意义对科技人员专注力与主观幸福感的影响

摘要 基于塞利格曼的幸福三成分理论视角,探讨生命意义对科技人员专注力和主观幸福感的影响。采用生命意义、主观幸福感、专注力3份问卷,调查了159位高新技术企业科技研发人员,发现:生命意义对专注力(β=0. 59,p <0. 001)和主观幸福感(β=0. 55,p <0. 001)均有显著正向影响;生命意义调节了专注力对主观幸福感的影响,当生命意义得分高于均值0. 1个标准差时,专注力对主观幸福感的影响变成了正效应,反之是负向的。研究结果启示,要提升科技人员的主观幸福感首要的是提高他们的生命意义水平,从有意义的工作、关爱他人、艰难时期的勇气和态度中寻到生命意义。 Based on Seligman's theory of three types of happiness, this study aims to empirically explore the effects of meaning in life on mindfulness and subjective happiness of science-technology talents. Three questionnaires are used, which include Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ)( presence subscale), Subjective Happiness Scale ( SHS), and KIMS ( act with awareness subscale), to investigate 159 Chinese science and technology talents from 50 new high-tech enterprise. The results indicate that presence of meaning in life has significant positive effects on mindfulness(β= 0. 59, p < 0. 001 ) and subjective happiness(β= 0. 55, p < 0. 001 ). Further, meaning in life moderates the effect of mindfulness on subjective happiness. Specifically, when the score of meaning in life is 0. 1SD over its mean, the effect of mindfulness on happiness will become positive. The results imply that to improve subjective happiness of science-technology talents, the primary strategy is to improve their level of meaning in life, finding meaning in life by doing significant work, caring for others, and courage during difficult times.
