摘要
“互联网+”的广泛应用和城市交通问题的日益突出将“互联网+交通”推到时代前沿,但研究者还未对交通运行水平下的“互联网+交通”发展指数和建设需求程度做深入探讨。以城市交通运行水平和“互联网+交通”的表征指标为基础构建多元回归模型,并据此对我国主要城市进行实证分析,发现:民用车拥有量、道路里程、GDP等在“互联网+交通”发展过程中起主导作用。因此,“互联网+交通”建设必须符合各城市交通的真实需求,才能以最优的成本投入得到最大化效率。
The widespread application of " Internet +" has enlightened the problem-solving of the increasingly heavy traffic in China. Thus, the " Internet + traffic " has been pushed to the leading edge. However, the researchers have not discussed the development index of "Internet + traffic" and the construction demand degree under the level of traffic operation. Therefore, in this paper we discuss the development index and construction demand degree of the "Internet + traffic" on the basis of the urban traffic operation level. Then we build the multiple regression model to make clear the construction level and key development areas of " Internet + traffic" under the requirements of urban traffic in China. It is found that the GDP, civil vehicle ownership and road mileage play a leading role in the development of " Internet + traffic ". Therefore, the construction of" Internet + traffic " should meet the real needs of urban traffic in order to maximize the efficiency with the optimal cost input.
