摘要 粗波分复用(CWDM)是一种低成本高可靠性的通信技术,在城域网等领域得到了广泛的应用。基于CWDM技术,设计开发了符合行业标准的100G光模块,该光模块采用QSFP28封装,并对光模块发射接收性能进行了测试和优化。经验证该光模块发射光眼图满足30%margin,接收灵敏度小于-10dBm,可满足高速数据通信系统的要求。 Coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM) is a low cost and high reliability communication technology, which is widely used in broadband metropolitan area network. Based on CWDM technology, an optical transceiver module with the speed of 100 Gbps and according with the industry standards is developed. QSFP28 packaging is adopted, and the transmitting and receiving performances of the module are tested and optimized. After testing, the transmitting eye map meets the needs of 30% margin, the receiving sensitivity is less than -10 dBm, which can meet the requirements of high rate data communication system.
