Problems and Suggestions on Psychological Corrections in Community Correction

社区矫正作为非监禁刑,弥补了监禁刑的不足,有利于服刑人员更好地重返社会。社区矫正工作要取得良好的效果,不仅需要依靠对服刑人员的外在教育,还必须通过心理矫治改善其心理状态,转变其错误观念,使其主动接受矫正。在研究和实践中,我国的社区矫正心理矫治逐渐形成了一定的理论基础和一些典型模式,但在人员配置、经费投入等方面还存在一些困难和问题。对此应当采取以下措施:实现心理矫治执行人员的专职化和执法身份的明晰化,实行心理矫治分类化,加大对心理矫治的资金投入力度,并优化资金使用方式,尽可能地使有限资金发挥最大效用。

As a non-custodial sentence, community corrections make up for the insufficiency of imprisonment and facilitate the better return of prisoners to society. To achieve good results in community corrections, it is necessary not only to rely on the external education of prisoners, but also to improve their psychological state through psychological correction, to change their misconceptions, and to take the initiative to accept corrections. In the research and practice, the psychological correction of community correction in China has gradually formed a certain theoretical basis and some typical models, but there are still some difficulties and problems in terms of staffing and funding. In this regard, the following measures should be taken: the professionalization of the staff of the psychological correction and the clarification of the law enforcement identity, the classification of psychological correction, more capital investment in psychological correction, and the optimizing of the fund use.
