丁苯酞用于rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

Effect of butylphthalide on rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on cognitive function

目的 探讨丁苯酞用于重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗脑梗死的效果及对认知功能的影响。方法 选取我院2017年7月至2018年12月收治的脑梗死患者60例展开研究,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用丁苯酞治疗,对两组患者治疗效果及认知功能改善情况进行比较分析。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%,与对照组76.67%的总有效率相比显著更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组MoCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗脑梗死在rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗中加用丁苯酞能够有效提高治疗效果,促进患者认知功能更显著地改善,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on recombinant cerebral infarction treated with recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) and its effect on cognitive function.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July2017 to December2018 were enrolled.The study was divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, and patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide.The treatment effect and cognitive function improvement of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67 % after treatment, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 76.67 % in the control group ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) between the two groups ( P >0.05).The MoCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of cerebral infarction in the treatment of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy with butylphthalide can effectively improve the treatment effect, promote the patient’s cognitive function to be significantly improved, it is worth promoting.
