改良垫枕在提高桡动脉穿刺成功率中的巧妙应用

Improved pad clever application in improving the radial artery puncture success rate

目的 通过分析应用改良垫枕固定桡动脉穿刺方法与桡动脉常规采血方法的临床效果比较,寻求一种更有效的老年患者桡动脉采血方法,提高一次穿刺成功率,减轻患者痛苦。方法 选择本院呼吸内科2018年9月至2019年4月1200例次需要检测血气分析的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各600例次。对1200例次需要检测血气分析的患者,交替采用常规法与改良穿刺法,记录两种采血方法的成功率及疼痛程度并进行统计学分析。结果两种穿刺方法在穿刺成功率、患者主观感觉、采血时间等方面,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论试验组改良穿刺法比常规法成功率高、采血时间短、疼痛感轻,值得临床推广。

Objective By analyzing the application of modified pad fixed radial artery puncture method compared with routine radial artery blood sampling method in clinical effect,to seek a more effective in elderly patients with radial artery blood sampling method,raise a puncture success rate,reduce the patients pain.Methods In our hospital respiratory medicine in September2018 to April20191200 cases need to detect patients with blood gas analysis,were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group ( n =600).In1200 cases times need to detect patients with blood gas analysis,the conventional method and improved puncture method alternately,record the success rate of two methods of blood collection and the degree of pain and statistical analysis.Results Two puncture method in the puncture success rate and patients subjective feeling,in pursuance of time,there are significant difference ( P < 0.01).Conclusion The experimental group improved puncture method than conventional method,high success rate,blood sampling time is short,the pain is light,worth clinical promotion.
