摘要 机械臂作为一种自动化机器装置,具有极强的兼容性和应用性,在救灾、家庭服务、医学治疗和工业制造等方面发挥着巨大作用。本系统以机械臂为核心,以金属履带小车为移动工具,结合M6语音识别模块、火焰传感器、颜色传感器、超声波测距模块、红外避障模块和wifi模块等外部传感器,完成了机械臂的远程多控功能。系统以Arduino系列芯片为核心,利用转向器和六个舵机的机械结构组合成更灵活、更准确的六自由度机械臂,编写了ArduinoIDE六自由度智能音频调制机械臂体系程序,完成电脑上位机软件LSC-6Control编写动作组调试。通过加入多传感融合、目标识别、视频处理等手段增强了机械臂的自主识别和适应能力。同时加入人机交互和共融性设计,增强机器人整体协作性,使具有情感交流功能,能自主适应复杂动态环境。该系统旨在进行家政服务、工业操作以及复杂环境下的救援等方面具有实践价值。 As an automatic machine device, the manipulator has great compatibility and application, and plays a great role in disaster relief, family service, medical treatment and industrial manufacture. The system takes the mechanical arm as the core, and takes the metal tracked car as the mobile tool. It combines the M6 voice recognition module, the flame sensor, the color sensor, the ultrasonic distance measuring module, the infrared obstacle avoidance module and the WiFi module, and completes the remote multi control function of the manipulator. The system takes the Arduino series chip as the core, uses the mechanical structure of the steering gear and the six steering gear into a more flexible and more accurate six degree of freedom manipulator, and writes the Arduino IDE six degree of freedom intelligent audio modulation manipulator system program, and completes the debugging of the computer software LSC-6 Control writing action group. By adding multi-sensor fusion, target recognition, video processing and other means to enhance the robot's ability of autonomous identification and adaptation. By adding human-machine interaction and communion design, the robot can enhance the overall collaboration, make emotional communication function and adapt itself to complex and dynamic environment. The system has practical value and significance in the field of domestic service, industrial operation and rescue in complex environment.
