在高等教育逐步普及的今天,高校学生素质水平参差不齐,两级分化严重,为保证人才培养质量,很多高校出台了相应的学业预警机制.本文通过研究学业预警机制的重要性及现状,通过大数据分析了学困生的预警原因,并探究了辅导员视域下高校学业预警工作的问题及解决措施.

Today, with the gradual popularization of higher education, the quality of college students is uneven, and the polarization of their quality is serious. In order to ensure the quality of talent training, many colleges and universities have issued corresponding early warning mechanisms. By studying the importance and current situation of academic early warning mechanisms, this paper analyzes the early warning reasons of the students with learning difficulties through big data, and explores the problems and solutions of the academic early warning work in colleges and universities from the perspective of counselors.
