Smart education is the current trend of college education development. On the premise of analyzing the characteristics of smart education, this paper analyzes the existing problems of MOOC teaching mode, points out the difference between MOOC teaching mode and smart education theme, and points out the direction of improvement, which can provide theoretical reference on optimizing and upgrading the current MOOC teaching mode.
