Exploration and Research on Continuing Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Lifelong Education System

高职院校肩负着建设学习型社会、推行终身教育体系建设的重任.继续教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部分,高职院校构建继续教育体系是大势所趋.但高职院校继续教育模式的建设受到了资金、资源、人力、方法等多方面的限制.本文从高职院校继续教育现状分析出发,就如何摆脱困境、构建和完善继续教育体系展开探讨.

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of building a learning society and promoting the construction of a lifelong education system. Continuing education is an important part of the lifelong education system. It is an irresistible trend to build a continuing education system in higher vocational colleges. However, the construction of continuing education mode in higher vocational colleges has been restricted by various aspects such as funds, resources, manpower and methods. Starting from the analysis of the status quo of continuing education in higher vocational colleges, this paper will discuss how to get rid of the difficulties, build and improve the continuing education system.
