摘要 初中的预备年级是学生适应初中学习环境的关键时期.作为班级的直接组织者和管理者,班主任有计划地在这一阶段开展体验性的德育活动,有利于形成积极的班级文化,有利于初中学生更好地适应初中生活,更快地完成从小学生到初中生的过渡. The preparatory grade of junior high schools is a crucial period for students to adapt to the junior high school learning environment. As the direct organizer and manager of a class, the class teacher plans to carry out experiential moral education activities at this stage, which is conducive to the formation of a positive class culture and junior high school students‘ better adaptation to junior high school life and better transition from a primary school student to a junior high school student.
