徐州的手工业在清代规模不广,产品质量也不能令人满意,很多地方还停留在低级的编织业阶段.棉纺织业也十分寥落,不论是纺织品的产量还是质量都满足不了需求.酿酒业十分发达,不仅产量大,而且质量上乘,口碑与销量皆极佳.采煤业规模比较小,且工艺十分落后.造船业在清代有一件大事,那就是漕船的建造.
