摘要
归化/异化之争由来已久.在法律翻译中,人们倾向于异化策略,但以忠实为标准,以归化/异化关系为视角的分析表明,归化策略依然是法律翻译中的基础性策略.译者应努力提高跨学科知识的修养,提高翻译质量.
Which is the better translation strategy: domestication or foreignization? In legal translation, foreignization is usually advocated. Seen from the relation between domestication and foreignization and considering the translation criterion "faithfulness", the author holds domestication is still the basic strategy in legal translation.
