高职院校物流管理专业“四位一体”顶岗实习模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of “Four in One" Internship Model for Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

数字经济背景下物流产业的快速发展对物流管理人才提出了更高的要求,高职院校需大力推进“校企合作、产教融合”,培养复合型物流管理人才,满足物流产业发展的要求。而顶岗实习是工学结合人才培养过程中的关键性环节,是提升人才培养质量的有效路径。本文介绍了“四位一体”顶岗实习模式的内涵,论述了物流管理专业顶岗实习的实施以及成效与问题分析,并针对物流管理专业顶岗实习的现状,提出几点改进顶岗实习教学的建议,以供“四位一体”顶岗实习模式实践参考借鉴。

Under the background of digital economy, the rapid development of logistics industry has put forward higher requirements for logistics management talents. The method of“school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education”are used to enable the talents to meet the requirements of logistics industry in higher vocational colleges. On-the-job internship is the key link in the process of talent cultivation and an effective way to improve its quality. This paper has firstly introduced the connotation of “Four-in-One”internship mode and then discussed the implementation, effectiveness and problem analysis of the internship mode in logistics management specialty before finally putting forward some suggestions on the teaching link of the internship mode in view of the current situation of the internship mode in logistics management specialty, so as to provide reference for the practice of the four-in-one internship mode.
