摘要 在发展性资助理念的指导下,根据高职院校学生特点,立足于帮助学生持续而全面发展,探究发展性资助育人路径。发展性资助主张为经济困难生创造实践平台,鼓励学生主动参与实践活动,通过自身体力和智力劳动获取经济报酬,并辅以心理疏导、思想交流和技能练习,提升学生各方面能力,更好地适应社会,使学生能全面发展和可持续发展。 Under the guidance of the developmental financing concept and the principle of helping students to continue and develop comprehensively, the developmental financing path is explored which is based on the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges. Developmental financing advocates for creating a practical platform for students with financial difficulties and encourages students to actively participate in practical activities to obtain economic rewards through their physical and intellectual labor. Supplementing with psychological counseling, ideological communication and skill training, the students' ability is enhanced in all aspects and then they can adapt to society better, developing more comprehensively and persistently.
