新时期基层宣传队伍构建研究——以温州市乐清市为例

Research on the Construction of Grassroots Propaganda Team in the New Period——Take Yueqing City in Wenzhou as an Example

当今时期我国发展面临国内外复杂形势,信息传播具有隐蔽、多元、迅速特点,意识形态领域杂音、噪音干扰较大,给党的宣传工作带来极大挑战;为增强地方党委对宣传思想工作的主体责任,加强党对意识形态工作的领导和管理,亟需打造强有力的乡镇等基层宣传队伍,做大做强做实基层宣传工作。温州乐清基层宣传员队伍建设工作率先起航,已经取得阶段性成果,调研中也发现了现存问题,经深入思考,提出建设性意见,希冀为其他地区基层宣传人员队伍建设工作提供有益借鉴。

At present, China's development is facing a complex situation at home and abroad. Along with concealment, pluralism and rapidity of the Information dissemination, the interference of the noise in the ideological field brings great challenges to the Party's propaganda work. In order to strengthen the Party's leadership and the main responsibility of local Party Committees, it is extremely necessary to build a strong grassroots propaganda team for the better propaganda work. In a leading position of constructing the grass-roots propagandist team, Yueqing has achieved periodical results, but there still exist some problems in the survey. After in-depth research, the paper puts forward constructive suggestions to provide reference for the other parts.
