摘要 夏热冬暖地区长年湿热,使通风、直接蒸发冷却等消除室内余热的方法受到限制,而变频器室内的高热湿比空间长年冷负荷大。以湛江某工业用变频器室为例,介绍一种同时使用低品位能与高品位能的二级冷却空调设计,相较于直接采用传统空调消除室内余热,通过计算对比该方法节能降耗方面效果可观,且经济合理。设计可应用于类似的夏热冬暖地区高热湿比空调设计,反之可用于供暖领域,还可扩展至多级能源阶梯利用。 In hot summer and warm winter areas,the humidity and heat limit methods of eliminating indoor waste heat,including ventilation and direct evaporation,while the high heat and humidity ratio space in the inverter room has a long annual cooling load. Taking an industrial converter room in Zhanjiang as example,this paper introduces a method of secondary cooling air conditioning using low grade energy and high grade energy at the same time. Compared with the traditional air conditioning method,this method has considerable effect in energy saving and consumption reduction through calculation,it’s also economical and reasonable. Similar design can be applied to air conditioning design with high heat and humidity ratio in hot summer and warm winter areas. Conversely,the logic can be used in the heating field,and can be extended to use more level energy ladder.
