摘要
目前供暖燃气锅炉烟气冷凝热回收主要采用两种方式.分析了它们在实际应用中存在的影响因素.并根据北京地区燃气锅炉供暖运行情况及参数状况的调研做了分析.然后.就尾部烟道单独设置烟气余热回收装置进行烟气冷凝热回收的几种主要技术做了对比.就北京地区采用二级换热+水源热泵技术进行供暖燃气锅炉烟气冷凝热回收的应用做了实例分析.探讨燃气锅炉供暖中烟气余热进一步回收、进一步提升锅炉供热效率的技术实现方式.
There are two main ways of flue gas condensation heat recovery in the supply heating system of gas boiler now. The paper analyzes the influence factors of these technologies in the practical application. Furthermore,the supply heating operation and parameters of the gas boiler in the Beijing area are investigated and studied. And several main flue gas condensation heat recovery technologies by setting up flue gas waste heat recovery device separately in tail flue pipe are compared. Through an example in Beijing area,the application of secondary heat exchanger + water source heat pump technology for flue gas condensation heat recovery in gas boiler is analyzed. The selection issue of technologies is discussed in order to further promotion of gas boiler flue gas waste heat recovery and boiler efficiency.
