摘要
能源审计是依据国家有关的节能法规和标准,对能源资源利用状况进行的检验、核查和分析评价。具体是通过实地的调查、检测和对煤、水、电、气、油等能源消费账单及设备运行的历史纪录进行统计分项,找出建筑物能源不节约的因素,为建筑物的节能改造提供参考。其目的是为用能单位提出最优化的能源管理方法及节能改造方案,为节能降耗提供准确的、可靠的依据,因此能源审计的现场调研和测试不仅仅是对设备能耗数据的简单记录与测试,而是要检查与分析出建筑内各能耗系统哪些地方存在节能空间,如何进行节能改造及改造的投资经济性是否合理等。所以,能源审计只是一个前奏,提出科学合理的能源管理方案和节能减排措施才是最终目的。武汉市车管所办公楼经过了深度的能源审计,最后确定了对楼宇的空调冷源改造、办公大厅穹顶改造贴膜、增加BA控制系统、增加电量分项计量系统及增加楼顶光伏发电系统等。改造后的主要指标如回收期及节能率等均满足了法开署贷款要求。
Energy audit covers the inspection,verification and analysis and evaluation of the status of energy resources utilization in accordance with relevant national laws,regulations and standards on energy conservation. Specifically, by field investigation, detection and statistical sub-item of the energy consumption bills of coal,water,electricity,gas and oil,as well as the historical records of equipment operation,the non-saving factors of building energy were found out,providing reference for building energy-saving renovation. Its purpose is to put forward the optimization of energy management method for energy-using units and energy conservation retrofit scheme,provide accurate and reliable basis for saving energy and reducing consumption,so the energy audit of site investigation and testing is not only a simple record of equipment energy consumption data and testing,but to check and analyze the energy consumption of building the system where there are energy saving space,how to carry out the reconstruction of energy saving and investment economy whether reasonable,etc. Therefore,the energy audit is only a prelude to the proposed scientific and reasonable energy management program,and energy conservation and emission reduction measures are the ultimate goal. After a deep energy audit,the Wuhan metro office building has been determined to renovate the air conditioning cooling source of the building,reconstruct the office hall dome,add the BA control system,increase the electric quantity component measurement system and increase the photovoltaic power generation system on the roof. The main indexes after the transformation,such as payback period and energy saving rate,all meet the requirements of AFD program.
