131I治疗重度甲亢患者的临床有效率及安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of 131I in the treatment of patients with severe hyperthyroidism

目的探讨131I治疗重度甲亢患者的临床有效率及安全性评价。方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月我院收治的重度甲亢患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48),对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组采取常规药物联合131I治疗。比较两组患者疗效、甲亢症状好转的时间、甲状腺生化功能指标好转时间、治疗前后两组患者甲状腺功能、生存质量水平和不良反应。结果观察组疗效高于对照组,甲亢症状好转的时间、甲状腺生化功能指标好转时间短于对照组,甲状腺功能、生存质量水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物联合131I治疗重度甲亢效果好,且临床安全性高,可有效加速症状和指标好转,缩短疗程以及改善患者的甲状腺功能和生存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 131I in the treatment of patients with severe hy perthyroidism. Methods A total of 96 patients with severe hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group(48 cases) and the observation group(48 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drug treatment, and the observation group was treated with conventional drug cpmbined with 131I. The curative effect, the time of hyperthyroidism improved, the time of improvement of thyroid biochemical function index, the thyroid function and quality of life of patients before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The time to improve the symptoms of hyperthyroidism and the time of improvement of thyroid biochemical function index was shorter than that of the control group. The thyroid function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional drug combined with 131I has a good effect on severe hyperthyroidism, and it has high clinical safety. It can effectively accelerate the improvement of symptoms and indicators, shorten the course of treatment and improve the thyroid function and quality of life of patients.
