摘要 目的研究双能X线骨密度仪与定量CT在测量骨密度中的效果。方法选取306例来我院健康体检的中老年人作为本次研究对象。采取双能X线骨密度仪与定量CT对其进行骨密度检测,并比较这两种方法对骨质疏松症和骨量减少的检出率;分析不同年龄段和男、女两个群体QCT的检查结果。结果QCT对骨质疏松和骨量减少检出率优于DXA,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);QCT对56~70岁体检者骨质疏松和骨量减少检出率高于45~55岁,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与大于70岁者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);QCT对女性骨质疏松和骨量减少的检出率高于男性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论QCT在测量骨密度中更为精准,有助于更好的在早期预判骨质疏松症。 Objective To study the effect of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and quantitative CT in measuring bone mineral density. Methods 306 middle-aged and elderly people who came to our hospital for health examination were selected as the research objects. Bone mineral density was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry and quantitative CT. The detection rates of osteoporosis and osteopenia were compared between the two methods. The results of QCT in different age groups and male and female groups were analyzed. Results The detection rate of QCT for osteoporosis and osteopenia was better than DXA, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The detection rate of osteoporosis and osteopenia by QCT was higher in 56 ~ 70 years old than in 45 ~ 55 years old (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between them (P > 0.05). The detection rate of QCT for osteoporosis and osteopenia in females was higher than that in males (P < 0.05). Conclusion QCT is more accurate in measuring bone density, help to better predict osteoporosis at an early stage.
